"There were loud repairs going on and walls are paper thin. I had loud neighbors. Service was great. Room was clean. Restaurant offered lots of options. Great location. Shuttle available. Grocery across the street. "

The pool area was beautiful and the historic feel of the huge lobby was comfortable and beautiful. "We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."
