Tricky parking. If you are self-parking using the Pan Pacific center, the web Check in does not work well. We were penalized high fee for non-payment. Use the machine by the elevator for the payment.

Check-in was brutal, took forever. I appreciate that the hotel's system was down and things had to be done manually, and the staff did the best they could. But there should have been a lot more staff checking people in, given the circumstances.

Everything was good except the price of taxi from vancouver airport to the hotel was not accurate. Taxi driver charged more than what i was informed by the hotel prior to my trip. Besides that everything was fine. Staff service is great!! I would dtay there again.
