"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. "Overall my stay was pretty good. The bed was comfy and the sheets were silky smooth. I always love a robe and slippers. Location is great, very walkable, close to every type of cuisine you might want, and a fair price for the room. I was surprised that they didn’t have a bar or restaurant and there is no dining room service. Also, I could hear everything happening in the hallway from inside my room.
