Did get injured in the women’s bathroom and no manger reached out as the floor is unsafe and my head hit the wall as I fell walking in to use restroom "

"It's a nice little hotel close to the venue where we were attending a concert. Very clean and the friendliest staff. "

"Easy check it, clean room great location if your plans involve the Allstate Arena. Main bed was good, pull out couch/ bed was not useful. The mattress was too thin to be comfortable, like most are. Also be aware that breakfast is just nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins - we were fine with this but some may not be. "
