"Wyndham has purchased this hotel, but done absolutely NOTHING to improve the quality of the hotel. It is more run down than it ever was before when it was just the Chicago South Loop Hotel (not the Wyndham Chicago Mccormick Hotel). The people who work at the hotel are wonderful. They are professional, kind, helpful, and caring. The general infrastructure is just old and things need to be replaced or updated like carpeting, paint on walls, and fitness center equipment. Perfect location - great hotel

"This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time. "
