"I’ll start by what we didn’t like - we arrived around 3:00pm and we’re told our room was not ready, would be another 40 minutes and they would contact us. We waited by the bar and after 90 minutes I went back to the front desk to ask about our room. I was told they messaged me our room was ready, I showed no such thing happened. "Beautiful lobby entrance and wonderful staff throughout. Depend on who I travel with if I was to come back. The swimming areas are limited as compared to other resorts we have stayed at as well as limited beach access for longer walks or exploration. Many restaurants to choose from, all very good. Rooms were clean, great balcony views but sky bar area was not cleaned each evening so morning lounging was with garbage ran dirty patios."

"Very disappointing, the reviews are quite inaccurate. This facility is overpriced for what it has to offer and what you can get for less $ that is much much nicer and more up to date in this area. Needs attention to detail, for example - noisy and inappropriately placed air conditioners, old, noisy ceiling fans, TERRIBLE lighting. If I had been trying to get ready for a wedding here -- I would have moved to another facility. Pluses - candles in room, great coffee in restaurant, pretty nice...
