"Our deluxe room was warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower with a large head. The towel rail was on so the towels were warmed. Unfortunately the water was tepid when we wanted to shower in the morning. On contacting reception we were told that hot water would be available in an hour, too late for us. However, on checking out we were refunded 50% of our stay charge so felt that was very fair. Dinner in the bistro was very good although...
