"It's an older property but it checks out. Had some issues with the toilet and in order for the power to stay on in the room you have to leave key card inserted in slot near door, but otherwise a generally pleasant stay. Great restaurant/bar, good food, great staff. "

"I am a regular and only stay in this hotel when in Birmingham. The service is amazing and especially Victoria is such a kind, helpful, friendly and lovely member of staff. She allowed us to check in early and was very reassuring and sorted out a fridge for our room. Rooms are extremely clean, and it’s always a pleasant experience. We do miss the pool though, but gym is a bonus. Highly recommend "

"I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials. "
