"This hotel is located about a 20 mins walk to Broad Street and the Utilita Arena so ideal if going to an event there. Hotel is clean, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice - cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries & toast plus some other options available on the menu. The buffet was regularly replenished. Would consider staying again if we book tickets for an event in the future."

"I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials. "
