"The room is spaciouse and clean for 4 people, its 3 min walk to the station, 10 min train ride to Tokyo station and its close to disney land. The employees are great and they can speak and understand english. They can also help you sent your luggage to your next hotel.Will come back again in the future. "

"Great area to stay in. Right next to a Seven Eleven, Tokyo station, and 10 minute walk from other stations. Staff is great, rooms are small, especially for Texas sized guests, but manage if you played Tetris as a kid. One negative, is that they have combo washer/dryer machines. First cycle does not dry clothes enough, have to use the "dry more" option 2 additional times. Takes 3 hours total to complete one load to completely dry. Not the worst, just something you have to plan for. "

"Thank you to all staff at the Hotel Gracery Ginza for a wonderful week long stay. We had 3 bookings for that week and asked if we could stay in the same room without checking in and out. The friendly staff at the front desk looked into it and since all our bookings were in the same category room they combined the reservations to one so that we could just check in once for the whole week. We loved that the staff were very attentive to our needs such as lending us an extra lamp for the room. We also loved the snack station with coffee juice and Japanese snacks in the lobby. We highly recommended your hotel when we got back home to our friends who are thinking of visiting Tokyo in the near future. "

"Great little hotel in heart of Ginza. The rooms are tiny but likely the norm for Ginza. Although the room is small it is setup well and everything works efficiently from light switches on the headboard to electrical outlets on the desk and tiny drawers for some smaller clothing items. We had breakfast included in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again!"
