"It’s a good hotel. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the front desk is helpful. But the room is small (semi-double room). It’s better to reserve the bigger room."

"I like the location because the immediate few blocks were fairly quiet but you were a 7 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku, the train station, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only "oddity", and I suspect this is true across most Japan hotels, was there were no "common areas" to congregate. So nowhere to go in the lobby areas and have a coffee, a snack or do some work. No tables or chairs. But overall, was very happy with the hotel."

"Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, comfortable and quite large by Japanese hotel room standards. The property is opposite a familymart and is within 5 minute walking distance to metro and JR line trains adding extra convenience. "

"The staff are all very nice, some speaks limited English, but each tried their best to find out how to help us. The washer and dryer inside the room is an added bonus! Very convenient location with so many good restaurants within walking distance. Will stay again when in the area!"

"I stayed in standard double bed, and the room is slightly bigger than the ones like in APA hotels. This is very important for us as we brought one large suitcase and we were able to open and laid it flat after plenty of shopping. Other great features include the supplies that guests can freely take from a counter across the front desk (combs, toothbrushes, teas, coffees, etc) there’s also coin laundry that’s very useful if you only travel with carry on luggage and need to do some washing. To me and my wife, the property is very clean, and location is great proximity to Ginza shopping. The only thing that I think might need some improvements is the carpet in the elevators, as they look old and run down."
