"Thank you to all staff at the Hotel Gracery Ginza for a wonderful week long stay. We had 3 bookings for that week and asked if we could stay in the same room without checking in and out. "Koko Hotel was lovely for out first night in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had with patience and kindness. The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome)."

"Great little hotel in heart of Ginza. The rooms are tiny but likely the norm for Ginza. Although the room is small it is setup well and everything works efficiently from light switches on the headboard to electrical outlets on the desk and tiny drawers for some smaller clothing items. We had breakfast included in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again!"
