"The staff were excellent, they helped me a lot and I have fears of hotels in American, but the extra security was great. I know that often it is security that are the rapist and criminals, but here they really cared about my safety "

"Location was great so was rooms but when asked if we could store our luggage till we got on plane they said for an hour which is very inconvenient. Would be so helpful for them to offer a storage for people who have to be out of the rooms by 11pm and have a later flight. Any hotel I’ve stayed in has this feature for people traveling. "

"Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"
