Positives: Restaurant food was very good. Front desk and maids were very polite and professional. Negatives: Very expensive given how dated was the room. Room obviously lacks most modern conveniences (lack of a coffee machine), 1 tiny body wash container for a 3 night stay, cost associated with WiFi, 1 soap. Overall: Hotel not worth the high cost.

My first room was tired and musty-smelling - a real shock compared to stays at other Omni hotels. My second room had a very small shower. The HVAC system’s thermostat malfunctioned on three occasions. They had someone fix it the first two times. The last time we just shut it off and didn’t inform hotel staff. We also lost cable TV one night. Overall, a deeply disappointing stay compared to my expectations. I think time has decayed any allure it may have once had. Thus my “tired” comment earlier. I wouldn’t stay here again. Probably will avoid Omnis in the future.

The hotel is in a great location. Its clean and very well run. The staff was great! The only negative was them reaching out to us to find out our arrival time and then telling us that there would be a $40 surcharge to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm once we arrived. They could have told us in advance since they had our ETA. It semed like a petty attempt at a money grab and it was insulting to a guest who was spending a decent amount already as they had rooms available...

Everything was easily walkable, and almost all the staff were incredibly friendly. There was only one person at the main desk that was slightly curt to us at first. There was also a slight hiccup with our internet services that was quickly resolved.
