I feel awful for not remembering her name, but the young lady who checked us in Thursday night, 12/19/24 was the nicest, most welcoming person ever. I’ve never been treated so nicely. I travel everywhere. All over the world. She was the best! The hotel was nice, staff was great!

I stayed at this hotel to go away a few days after my baby brother passed away to get a peace of mind . I stayed only one day was charged a 100$ deposit .. this has been pending for 19 days .. I've talked to cooperate and the actual hotel who all day they will fix this because this is an issue only they can fix .. no one calls back or emails me back . This hotel stole my 100 and refused to give it back ! I talk to them every 3-4 days and same excuses "yes we see the change let me get your info so we can refund you " smh it's sick how yall would treat a grieving person

Enjoyed my stay. I felt like the breakfast that’s included in the Club stay could be a little bit better but overall every was excellent. Very helpful staff! Parking is expensive but that’s downtown - there’s options across the street.
