I stayed at this location for 5 days . I had to literally beg for towels daily no one spoke English one of the housekeepers stole my $300 north face coat . My room was only cleaned one time trash was never collected . All of the staff had a language barrier, and when my coat was taken they showed no remorse as if it happens .

I typically never put any comment but the young lady at the front desk was simply not friendly nor accommodating. If you decide to work in the hospitality business, your attitude should be in line with what is expected from you : a smile and kind attitude.

We stayed one night. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. We used the shuttle which was easy to use. They run on an every 45 min schedule. The water fountain didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.

Great property ONCE you get there. Shuttle service was a DISASTER. The shuttle serves multiple hotels so it was a cluster, thankfully the driver let us on, sitting on the floor of the shuttle bus which clearly was not big enough. Ubers were $30 to get you the 2 miles to the hotel.
