The hotel is extremely clean and nice, with a large lobby and dining area, it's all very comfortable and bright. The room was extremely clean and nice. The bedding is nothing fancy, but works fine. Do not eat at the Landing, the food is not worth anywhere near the price. On top of that, the staff member did not offer a receipt, I forgot to ask, and therefore could not expense a really terrible cheeseburger I did not eat. The fries were fine though so that was good. The breakfast is typical ok hotel chain breakfast, and the coffee is excellent!

The hotel has an odor that they try and cover up. When we turned the AC on it made the room smell worse. The rooms are outdated, the fire extinguishers are expired. The worker checking us in had attitude and was rude. The landing grill had good food and drinks. The fries were awesome.

The food and ambience was good. The room was spacious and clean, however, the pillows were not comfortable, they were too high. The bed was soft and comfy though.

Lobby and dining areas were nice yet fro t desk staff was not very friendly nor helpful at checking - nothing said about where the elevator was located or rules for parking. My room was pre-paid and a 50 hold for incidentals was placed on my card that has not been released yet. (Checked out 18 hours ago). The room was clean but a strange smell came from heater when switched from cool air to heat. Beds two doubles were fluffy and high off the floor. Lots of pillows, a desk and extra tables in room for accessories etc was helpful. Yet poor lighting in bathroom made it difficult for putting makeup on.
