"Check in was smooth. Guest services were welcoming. We had an issue with our toilet on the second day and guest services were very helpful. We paid $47 a night to valet our car. On the Thursday of our stay valued was not available that morning or night to get our car. That was fine & not a problem. On our check out day I tried to speak with guest services and have them change Thursday valet price to parking price just that day only. The guest services lady was very unhelpful & acted like she did...

"Overall stay was good. The pool was extremely cold but the kids still swam. The guy at the front desk stared a lot without saying a word so that was kinda creepy. They didn’t have extra towels available in the swimming area even though they had a shelf for towels while swimming "

"The reviews on Expedia are not like those on Google. I didn’t realize until too late. It’s a very outdated hotel. Good for a short stay but even then….the ice machine didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned well before us and even after one night. The area is desolate but there is a security guard and dog watching the cars but that’s cuz the area is sketchy! May be good for the price just don’t have too high of expectations."
