"This is in a fancy part of town, across from the Hancock bldg. There are tons of great restaurants. The shops are… also fancy, translated - mostly for window shopping. It would be awesome if they had 2 people serving coffee in the morning because the line is long."

The host/clerk was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate for the inconvenience. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home for the long weekend. The interactions we had with the cleaning staff, bellhops, room service and restaurant personnel were pleasant, professional, helpful and very friendly. I'll be sure to stay with you again, it was a great experience!"
