"Siente was wonderful I had a great time I enjoyed the all inclusive the staff were incredibly kind and eager to serve although I drank quite a lot a felt nothing at all I ended up buying my own tequila bottle for 12$ at the store down the street. The food was okay very basic but filling. We rented bikes for 250 mxn and a 500mxn deposit. The ruins are down the street I wish I hadn’t rented bikes to go and just walked instead. "

"My daughter and I stayed at Alito Hotel for a whole week and we had a fabulous time, the hotel is not a luxury resort, but it is very comfortable, clean and the staff is so kind, and hard working, we stayed at the building but maybe the cabanas would have been more quiet as some of the other guests were noisy either very early in the morning or late at night. "I Loved the cottages! They were very comfortable! We had everything we needed, and the extra items for the beach were appreciated (after-Sun lotion and bug spray)! We rented an electric bike to take to a Cenote, and back to Tulum for shopping and lunch … that was so much fun! The only thing was the beach restaurant was very expensive … BUT … the food was great! It truly was a good stay. "

"Well located property but did feel that the price/value ratio was off. I did have a situation where i was handed two lanyards with a key to the room and one for the room safe. Somehow the key to the safe fell off the lanyard in a quick walk to a restaurant next door. Ended up having to pay $100 to replace that key that fell off the lanyard they gave me. "Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach.
