"I loved that the hotel was smack dab in the middle of Old San Juan. The architecture and cultural vibe of the hotel was very authentic. The hotel had everything I needed. As a solo traveler I was safe and secure. My room, the classic queen, was small, perfect for one, would’ve been a bit tight with two. Outlets were sparse (as expected in a building several hundred years old) and the Flat screen TV didn’t work great. Staff was friendly and welcoming *****."

"The ability to create your own vacation environment - kids, no kids, noisy, quiet, land, water, cuisine of choice, music, entertainment - is the greatest thing about BAHA MAR. Best staff in the resorts industry! Tip of the hat to the outstanding staff members from the Reflections and Elixir cabanas, and a special thank you to Keron and Sean from Reflections, who provided top shelf service and assistance with the best pool time.
