"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"The Holiday Inn Aruba had nice facility's and great staff. Breakfast was excellent.Only one issue. My wife fell by bar area due to.missing cement around stone work. Filed incident report and urgent care bills with hotel. Supposed to email us claim #. Nothing so far"

"Just finished my 2nd stay at this property- we loved every minute- beautiful views, people and food. Also noticed the food has been "upgraded" since my previous visit in June 2023 - not sure if they have a new chef but I'd def noticed improvements in the culinary options. Keep up the great work! "
