"The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience...
