Although the initial reaponse to my call was handled poorly (answering service?) and the water was out to the whole building and was not resolved, they were quick to respond and make up for the unacceptable issue. "We loved the location of this place! The house was great. We only had two issues that came up during our visit. There were minor cleanliness issues. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were quite dirty. Also, the comforter for one of the beds upstairs had some stains on the top. The TV in the living room also had some minor issues.
