Our stay here was overall ok, but there were a few big issues that soured it for us. Our room was not ready for us until after 5:30, which was a nuisance as we had just come from a long drive and wanted to be able to rest. They did provide us with an apology bag of a water bottle and some chips, which was a nice gesture but still inconvenient. The big issues came when we checked into the room. A lot of the room had damage to the furniture and other areas around it Even the door in the main bathroom was warped so you couldnt physically close the door at all. And the biggest thing that shocked us was when we found a long old and rusty screw sitting on the windowsill that's in front of the bed. This was unbelievable to us as it was sitting there in plain site! The breakfast was nice, the front desk staff were friendly and understanding, and the beds were very comfy, but the sheets we were given had some questionable stains and areas where they were so worn out that they were see through. I understand that this isn't the most expensive top tier hotel in the world, but there were a lot of issues that really disappointed us.

It was clean, but…
I expected more from here. The hotel was clean, spacious and didn’t have those nasty carpets. However, The automatic lights were terrible. Especially at night when you use the restroom and then want to wash your hands. It just automatically turns on waking everyone up. That was annoying. Also, the food was blah. The coffee was good and the dispenser was pretty cool. Also, there was a fee for parking. But the hotel says they are not responsible for the car or damage. So then what is the point of the parking fee? I would probably return if I didn’t find anything else.

David at the front desk was fabulous! He was so helpful as we were traveling with our adult special needs son. He ensured our needs were met. The check-in staff was great. Breakfast was blah. The eggs were cold AND runny, sausage was overzapped by the microwave. They should keep a microwave in the dining area just for the eggs. The bathroom lighting was poor, not the best place to do your makeup for an important event, OH!! They have a motion sensor light by the wet bar which faces the beds. The light would automatically turn on even though NO ONE was moving. It was impossible to sleep because it would turn on bright and shine on our faces and wake us up all night!! That was a bummer. We called the front desk and they said that everyone complains about it.

The layout of the room was nice. The service was great. The carpet outside the rooms and the hallways was run down. Our floors in our room were dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and well maintained. Yes I would stay there again. The housekeepers just need to up their attention to detail when it comes to the floors.

Checked in to find out the pool/spa was out of service. They have us free parking. I thought “hey this is great”. We get into our room and it’s stuffy. The ac unit is not working. I called the staff they said they would call back. 1hr later, I have to call again and they tell me maintenance isn’t available and I can move rooms or wait. Although we had driven for hours, we packed up again and moved next door. The room was not cleaned, the bottom of our feet were black, the main area smelled like a dirty diaper. The tub had stains and their parking lot slots were so small most were parking their car in two spots. Not what we expected or what was advertised.

Place very clean! Bed comfortable, good breakfast. I went to hotel for jacuzzi but not happy jacuzzi was OUT of order and the Tv did not work ! They need fix jacuzzi or give customers a discount for malfunction.
