It's located near a highway 1, so u can still hear cars going by but very vague. No elevators, so it was difficult for my elderly mother in law to walk upstairs after her surgery when no ground floors were available. My wife and mother in law satyed at this location in Capitola, Ca, and the lady at the front desk assumed that all three of us was staying, did not ask, even when our reservation said two guest, and tryed to charge us an extra person. Also, we booked through Expedia and once we got there they tryed to over charge us an extra $200. We called Expedia's customer service and they were so awsome and was able to refund us all extra charges hotel tryed to get us for. They stayed there for a couple of days and they decided to relocate to another hotel that was more accommodating to my mother in law and wife's needs.
