"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."

"Like the location, a quieter end of Venice but still fairly convenient. Excellent service from staff. Breakfast was probably the only area that was merely adequate, food was mostly standard continental fare, weirdly a lot of cakes and nothing particularly standout good"
