"The property’s location is very close to the water bus , restaurants and the Rialto bridge . The hotel is very clean and well organized. Huge selection for breakfast. The most important reason why we love this place are the friendly people who work here . They made it feel like home for us . Outstanding service . "The place has got old world charm with friendly staff and excellent location. They provide complementary afternoon tea which was a novelty for us & the Indian girl who worked at that time was very polite to all the guests taking care of everyone. Our bathroom had been renovated which worked well despite dated nature of property. Only issue we felt was the lack of sound proofing otherwise it’s an excellent option for a few nights in Venice."
