"We arrived earlier then the scheduled check-in. The gentleman at the desk checked our bags and when we arrived back later that evening we found our luggage had been delivered to our room. After checking out the hotel kept our bags until we were ready to leave Venice in the evening. "

"Room seemed a bit cramped for two people. I had stayed there many years before and it seems to not be aging too well. The breakfast buffet was substantial. They did provide two bottles of drinking water for two people for three nights and I had to pay for the third bottle which I really thought should have been provided considering the price of the room. "Lovely room with a great view of the canal. Quiet spot at night as at the end of the walkway. Easy check in at the hotel along the canal. There is work being down on the canal outside so there was some noise first thing in the morning. Safe wasn’t working in the room and we could find English channels on the tv (not the end of the world!). Not a proper shower. Just a shower head to use in the bath. Bed was quite hard but got used to it and air con worked well. Would book again! "

"The stay was absolutely incredible, in fact one of the best places we have ever stayed at. We were greeted right away and given a tour and history of the establishment. The staff and owners are incredible and will ensure your stay is excellent with recommendations for dinner and sights to see. The breakfast was homemade from the wife, and was amazingly incredible. Words do not describe this place alone, truly and authentic experience and a very romantic stay for our honeymoon/vacation!!"
