"The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The location in January was quiet, safe, and we enjoyed being delivered by water taxi right to the hotels dock on the canal. Fun experience! The hotel staff arranged our transport for us to and from the airport and the cruise dock. Expensive but as my husband is disabled, worth it for the ease. The breakfast was nice and we had dinner in their small restaurant a few nights. It was nice we didn’t need to go out of the hotel after very long days. We would stay there...

"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"The room we booked was impossibly small and dated. Bathroom was small and worn. We upgraded and paid more for a suite which was newer and nice. It cost €50 more per night in Feb 2025 (off season) The photo I relied on showed a nice bed. Unfortunately that bed took up virtually the entire room. We barely could squeeze in our luggage."
