"Very cool that the taxi from the train station pulled right up to the back of the hotel. Check in was smooth and the staff go the extra mile. At the wonderful breakfast buffet the wait staff remember your order, welcome you with warmth and set your day off to a great start. We received lunch and dinner recommendations which were excellent for our larger party of 6 and they staff also arranged a free private water taxi to Murano with glass blowing demonstration, which my teens really enjoyed. Close for walking to St Mark’s and the Rialto bridge. A wonderful experience! We stayed in the quad room and it was roomy and very comfortable. Exceeded my high expectations!"
