"Staying here was an overall great experience. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist with any of my needs/requests. My stay was booked during valentine's day and they were able to get flower peddles brought in for the bed on a last minute request on my way out the door to pick up my fiancée. We also opted in to attend the masquerade party that was being held as part of Carnival in Venice and that was a nice optional extra the hotel put together for guests. The only thing that seemed a bit of room for improvement would be trying to order breakfast to the room. It didn’t seem as though this was an expected request and the staff seemed unprepared for it but did their best to accommodate. At the end of our stay they also offered complimentary baggage storage for us for the time between checkout and our next reservation which was unexpected and very appreciated!"
