"Beautiful, quaint hotel with a beautiful garden area and lovely villa right on the back bay. Doorman (wish I had his name) is phenomenal! Room “upgrade” was interesting as we had small ship pieces of the old ceiling fall on us multiple times while sleeping and we terminated 5-6 mosquitoes over the 2 nights. Coffee and tea replenishment needs to be more consistent, we got decaf coffee only and no replacement of herbal tea or water."

"I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location near the train station. The receptionist was friendly and available 24/7, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily. The shower and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. While the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient for my needs. "The hotel is an amazing , however, if you like fancy hotel, this is not for you. This is not the most comfortable beds or pillows, but in the stay was amazing. Some limitation, no food or drinks in the rooms. "
