"This is the hotel I always stay at when I go to Chicago! I ball on a budget lol so I always book a single bed room to share with my sister because it's relatively cheaper. Each time I've booked, they've always upgraded our room to two beds for free. Front desk is always friendly and accommodating, rooms are always clean. Hotel is near Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, etc. Tons of food options nearby. Can't recommend this place enough!"

Staff greeted me every time i came back in. Hotel bar gave an old classy feel. Bartender accommodated me by making a drink that wasn’t on menu. Everything was perfect. "
