"The staff on shift, was a young lady and she was very kind and accommodating. My first room was not so pleasant, and had some issues that I addressed. It was well lived in, and that’s all I will say. But once I addressed my concerns, she immediately changed my room to one that was much less lived in, clean, presentable and comfortable.
