"We have passes for Knotts Berry Farm so we are always looking for hotels close by. We did have to take a lift, but it was only six dollars each way to the park. This hotel is got exceptional, cleanliness and great guest service. The continental breakfast is somewhat limited, but served its purpose. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the ease of checking in checking out and feeling that we were in a safe location for our family. "

"It was great! We’ve stayed here a few times in the past and never had any problems. Checkin is always easy and they accommodate if needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The stay is always enjoyable. It’s nice and quiet too. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm I believe, you just need your key to open the door, so make sure you don’t forget it! "

Found a black bag on the bottom drawer of the cabinet in the living room area. Other random trash just found throughout the place and couch cushions.
