There is a side of this property that has no security cameras & sometime tried to break into the room after knocking on the door two different times. I did spot & confront the man. Front desk did move my room to where the cameras were for safety, but there are no elevators so moving was more difficult. It’s not a bad hotel, just not what I expected, nor what I am used to. I do, however like the front desk. They were very helpful. I wish room service came to change towels & clean the room.

A ten minute walk to the best theme park in orange county, Knott’s Berry Farm, Starbucks is next door, next to Outback Steakhouse. Pirates and medieval times are across the street along with porto’s bakery. Worth staying for the price.

We were seconds away from checking in, and another existing guest asked us if she can ask the check-in clerk a quick question. She presented him with a roach in a napkin that she found in her guest room and stated that she found multiple roaches in her room. She asked if she can have bug spray, and the clerk told her in front of us that he would have to get bug spray the next day. They were going to allow her to sleep with roaches in her room without even as much as relocating her. We decided to cancel our reservation prior to checking in and move to a different hotel.

Everything was average, the price is according to the experience, people with the furniture outside smoking in all areas, strong smell of smoke i was with me kids so was uncomfortable, the floor of the suite was so dirty, the shower with stains, but again is was what you pay for, not coming back.
