This place will make you sick. We arrived late night. 1st & 2nd rooms were in the building in the far back of hotel. They looked abandoned, run down. It was disgusting we went back to front desk and given another room choice. That room was less disgusting but still not acceptable. The water is discolored coming out the faucet. The 1st & 2nd rooms had Black mold coming through bathroom ceiling. The smell was awful. Dirty environment, sheets, floors, bathroom. Literally dirty footprints on the floor. Fire detector was hanging from ceiling by wires. We complained & given 3rd room to check. We were exhausted from being on the road all day and accepted it. The room was 2nd floor right above the front desk. Assuming it was "cleaner" because of that reason. I sat in the chair for the rest of the night just to have shelter. It was too late to find something somewhere else. Employees acted completely oblivious to how disgusting their hotel is. I developed a lung infection after our stay & Im still recovering. Pictures and videos shown to management. They dont care!!

The hotel experience was great! It is a little outdated but overall, it wasn’t terribly dirty. They don’t offer breakfast or vending machines for water, snacks, etc. however, there are a lot of dining options, several attractions and fun things to do in the area. Bed was comfortable, privacy was great. The water gets hot and the shower feels very good. Front desk was polite and extremely professional. To be honest, I slept like a baby and when I woke up I felt well rested. If you’re on a budget this is perfect. If you’re only staying one night, this is perfect. If you’re looking for something more fancier this may not be it for you

The property is nice and clean but the rooms need to be updated. There were water spots on the ceiling from where there were previous leaks. There were damages to the walls that were not fixed or replaced. The light fixtures had drawings on them and were flipped around.

This place will make you sick. Horrible smell when you walk in the room. Black mold coming through the bathroom ceiling. Dirty rooms, floors,sheets. Broken fixtures, smoke detector hanging down Changed our room 3 times. Skunky weed smell in the courtyard when we arrived. Front desk acts oblivious to concerns. Discolored water coming from faucets This property needs to be shut down & renovated. Its a public Health hazard. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR MAKE YOURSELF SICK!!

The hotel is short staffed I found out it is being remodeled it but it used to be a Radisson I stayed here about 6 years ago in the same thing they were remodeling rooms and whatnot I understand that when people buy hotels they got to fix it up takes a lot of work and whatnot but same time I just wish my room four times cuz the air conditioner didn't work and the rooms are not very clean I will not be staying here again ever I don't recommend somebody staying here if you have a family it'll be very disappointed if you feel like you want to stay in a trap spot and feel unsafe and this is the place

The pictures look amazing but the rooms arent what you'd expect. Blood on my sheets, burn holes in the sheets, broken furniture, broken room phone, dirty bathroom. I felt sick seeing it all. We had to check out asap. Im hoping to get a refund because it was just horrible

Overall, this isn’t a terrible place. The rooms need some updating and a deep clean. The rooms are large and family friendly. NO BUGS in this hotel. The grounds are decent with lots of available parking. Wi-fi was decent. Pros: Every room is a suite. There is a pull out bed in every room (have to get sheets from the front desk). There are plenty of elevators. The pool and hot tub are nice. They are clean with plenty of tables and chairs. Cons: There isn’t daily house keeping. If you want your trash emptied, you have to leave it outside the room. If you want fresh towels, leave the dirty outside and get new from the front desk. It seems that they put most guests to the back of the hotel which is quite a walk to the front desk.

The pictures were deceptive. The room we stayed in was old and dirty. Found many hair in the towels and blankets. There no A/C or heat but the fan that runs all day creates a regular click and hum ALL NIGHT. Balcony door has a permanent gap since it refuses to open further or close. Pull-out sofa bed had the saddest most messed up mattress ever. Ended up putting that bad boy back and just sleep on it as a couch. People working there are attentive and there seem to be renovation going on. Let's hope they can revive this place.
