"This is our our hotel of choice when we visit Brooklyn. The staff is always so very welcoming, as is the housekeeping staff when we pass them in the hallway. The two quirks of the room that we have to manage are the fact that the shower sprays the entire bathroom so we have to keep getting fresh towels every day, as we have to mop up the floor. Having said that—it is a really good powerful shower. Secondly and more problematic is the extremely loud heating system, which comes on like a subway is...
