"The shower was dirty, I payed $170 For a King bedroom and they moved me to a Queen One because de AC wasn't working. Y no me devolvieron la diferencia. El piso esta pegajoso, yo estaba en la 207 y la puerta de las escaleras estaba cerca de esa habitación y fue muy difícil conciliar el sueño y descansar. En fin fue un pesadilla. "

"We were sent away once arriving because they said they were NO LONGER A HOTEL. We were told it was now a HOMELESS SHELTER. It being a shelter now wasn't the problem, being told when we arrived was a shock to us. ●●●●□HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ●●●●"
