"When i got to the hotel i was given rooms different from what i had booked. However after speaking to the staff and manager they changed my room to the correct room. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better i feel because they charge for omlettes which i found weird. Ali,Sevcan,Burak at reception were helpful and went out of their way to ensure i was happy. Love the location. The newer rooms are very nice and comfy and up to standard with 4 star hotels. "

The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn.
