"Staff was very helpful. House keeping was top notch. Where my room was located i could hear people from the outside and every morning i could hear the delivery lorries beeping. Something they cant control was road work at the front of hotel. It's not management it's municipality. Other than that one week stayed was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it."

The room was relatively clean, as were the linen and towels. Location was very good, right in front of the tram spot and walkable to the Sultanahmet area. The rooms next to us were smoking which was coming through the vents - not nice at all. The beds creaked and the mattresses were poor, soft and sunk."
