La couette était également pour 1 personne, nous avons dû en demander une supplémentaire. "It was clean enough, and close enough to everything once we grabbed a ticket for public transit. We arrived early and they were kind enough to allow us access to the room early. The breakfast was a big selection, decent enough. Things that were less than satisfactory. The AC in our room turned off every four hours- so you had to wake up and turn it back on. "It needs refurbishment.Toilet floor was leaking ,tabs and sockets were nearly out of the walls . Staff was good ,on complaint they changed the room right away with in an hour . Location is very good ,main attractions are on walkable distance and connection to metro ,tram and buses is good ."

"When i got to the hotel i was given rooms different from what i had booked. However after speaking to the staff and manager they changed my room to the correct room. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better i feel because they charge for omlettes which i found weird. Ali,Sevcan,Burak at reception were helpful and went out of their way to ensure i was happy. Love the location. The newer rooms are very nice and comfy and up to standard with 4 star hotels. "
