Very nice property with beautiful views to the marina and the sea. Swimming pools, gym, spa and fitness facilities are of good quality. The rooftop bar, restaurant and food is great. In terms of location, it’s in one of the nice areas of Istanbul’s Asian side. It’s a long drive to the touristic city on the European side. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and the marina is across the street.

The street is very noisy and we knew it before so we stayed on the sea side so our baby can sleep and it was very quiet. The beds are comfy. The AC works fine. But the bathrooms are not clean at all. We stayed here in 2013 and everything looks old and dirty now.

I was assigned to room 135, which unfortunately was located directly above a live music bar/pub. Upon checking in at around 12:30 am, I inquired about the loud music and was informed that it would cease within 15-20 minutes. However, the music continued for approximately 2 hours, preventing me from getting any sleep. To make matters worse, there were preparations happening early in the morning across from our room, presumably for a wedding. This was my second stay at this hotel. As a frequent traveler for work, I prioritize having a comfortable sleep, which unfortunately hasn't been possible during my last two visits to this hotel. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Room service was terrible, no microwave at property anywhere in the hotel, small rooms, room service would bring wrong meals each time and the food was disgusting.

Stayed here while I was getting married in Istanbul. Breakfast options could be better! It was actually not worth it despite plenty of things - they just weren’t very good on that. The rooms were a bit smaller than I had imagined. But otherwise well assigned. Staff were very helpful especially when I needed help finding certain services, none of it came to fruition but they tried and I appreciated that. The guys near the pool area were a bit strange and not friendly - I had my wedding guests in the same hotel and they were a bit snobby to them. On the whole it was a pleasant experience, a business hotel than one for leisure and the front desk / concierge room were lovely.

Eyub at the concierge desk was an incredible asset and a huge help to our stay. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Convenient walk to the Marmaray station for broader access, and plenty of good places to eat nearby. We will gladly stay here again when in Istanbul!
