Employees are very friendly and helpful. Food was good. We stayed 2 nights in room 510. Room was big enough. However, the sink didn’t drain so that we had romove the drain hole cover. The second negative thing was the black mold around the shower base.

I stayed in this hotel with my mother for a week. The staff was very friendly. The room was on the smaller side, it's sufficient enough for someone who will be spending their entire day out. There's a bus station right next to the hotel so transportation was not a problem for us. However, the maintenance of the room leaves much to be desired, the bathroom door is chipped and old, definitely needs to be changed. The bathroom itself omits a terrible smell at random times. Not much attention is given when cleaning the room as well, as we have noticed that the carpet does not get vacuumed, there's hair around the room and the bedding of the duvet is not properly cleaned. The deal breaker for us was the fact that there was no proper air conditioning, when we brought this up to the management they said that the air conditioning is centralized so it provides cooling or heating (not both at the same time), so we had to sweat almost every night. The only window in the room doesn't open all the way so we only had a brief breeze during the night every now and then. The breakfast is very average. Highly unlikely that we will come back.
