"The staff were absolutely amazing. They even gave their istkart to my friend during the duration of the trip which was very much appreciated! The room was relatively clean, as were the linen and towels. Location was very good, right in front of the tram spot and walkable to the Sultanahmet area. The rooms next to us were smoking which was coming through the vents - not nice at all. The beds creaked and the mattresses were poor, soft and sunk."

"Staff was very helpful. House keeping was top notch. Where my room was located i could hear people from the outside and every morning i could hear the delivery lorries beeping. Something they cant control was road work at the front of hotel. It's not management it's municipality. Other than that one week stayed was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it."

"I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made...

"Hôtel à fuir. Les chambres sont trop petites. Les draps n'étaient pas fournis et remplacés par une housse de couette pour 1 personne. La couette était également pour 1 personne, nous avons dû en demander une supplémentaire. Présence de cafard dans notre chambre et dans la salle de bain, nous avons été changés de chambre après une plainte à la réception. Tout est assez vieux et l'hygiène laisse à désirer.
