Certainly! Here’s a more flowing version of your review: --- We stayed here for four nights in December. Our room was clean and in good repair, with a powerful shower, and the overall cleaning service was very good. However, the air-conditioning did not work in the room, and we were baking to the extent that we could not sleep for the first two nights, which is not great when traveling with children as it ruins your holiday. The central air-conditioning is only set to hot in winter, and the radiators are switched on, which led me to search for alternative accommodation on the first night. I asked reception for a fan, which they promptly brought, making the heat more tolerable. On the second day, we were not left three bottles of water; one had likely been drunk by room service due to the room being so hot! On the third day, we weren't left any water in the room, despite it being extremely hot again. The gym had a small indoor pool; we went there once with the kids, who did jump in even though it was very cold (not a heated pool). The hot tub was working but missing a pillow section on one side, and the steam room was out of service. There is a small area where the hotel leaves water and fruit at set times (1 o'clock). It would cost very little to have a tea/coffee station for guests and level up the hospitality. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful at all times. The hotel is in the center of everything ..touristic area and all the historical places /structures are within a walking distance gr the hotel..the staff are very good attending to everyone’s needs. Special mention to the crew at the 6th floor where I always have my breakfast..Special mention to Azim and the rest of the crew ok f the restaurant..Kudos to the management who made my stay memorable..Invited my sister and brother in law to visit next year and highly recommends this hotel.

Near tourist attractions (easy to walk everywhere). Safe area. Tram about 100 meters from hotel if needed and each trip about 20cents AUS. Staff at desk helpful for all booking and advise. Only thing to note is the pool was very cold. Breakfast great selection and worth paying. Bottled water every day in room and plenty in foyer to take on outings. Fabulous stay. Locals also very friendly and helpfully with directions while out of hotel. Highly recommended coming to Istanbul for a holiday.
