"Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. "Staff was very helpful. House keeping was top notch. Where my room was located i could hear people from the outside and every morning i could hear the delivery lorries beeping. Something they cant control was road work at the front of hotel. It's not management it's municipality. Other than that one week stayed was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it."

"We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. "We stayed for the Champions League final for 4 nights. The hotel arranged the transfer from the airport and this was very easy. The reception were very welcoming and always helpful.
