"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel. "

"Good renovation work. The shower needs the hand held part and the outside lock of the fridge takes away from the unit. Change the gasket or expose the fridge , but take the little hatch out. "

The breakfast menu was exceptional, particularly the customized omelet, which offered an unparalleled dining experience."
