If an upgraded room is available it is assigned without request. Conrad properties are always a wonderful stay and this specific Conrad has a wonderful ocean view to make the stay even more special.

Staying at Conard was indeed a heartfelt experience. It was inspiring to see adults with Down syndrome engaging in their roles around the lobby, and being a part of their activities as a waiter brought so much joy to my days. I truly loved every aspect of Conrad.
