"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"Великолепный сервис, уникальная локация. Мы повсюду гуляли пешком по центру и это очень удобно, когда главные исторические достопримечательности в минутах хотьбы. В шаге - рестораны и кафе. За завтраки - отдельное спасибо! Самые чудесные завтраки которые можно представить! Все кругом чисто и аккуратно. Но в комнатах было бы хорошо освежить ремонт, и тогда был бы рай 😁 А в целом мы остались очень довольны. И в следующий раз остановимся именно в этой гостинице. "

"Not the cheapest place to stay, but reasonable by western standards, especially given the high level of service in a classic, elegant building in an excellent location. The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel. "

"Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process. Have in mind that due to the location all hotels are very small in size, location is walkable to all of old downtown. That was very nice. Breakfast was really good and staf was nice."
