"This hotel was very conveniently located, with just a two minute walk to the bus stop, and many restaurants all around the area. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and the staff was so very helpful and accommodating. The staff helped answer some questions before my arrival which helped with my planning of the trip. The hotel room was big, clean, and comfortable...all you want in a hotel for vacation."

"This Hotel is very central to everything. There are bus stops at the bottom of the road. We used bus stop 14. Although there is no parking at the hotel itself there is parking locally. We parked in parking area 3 which was free for the weekend and very cheap at other times. Only a two minute walk away. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when you asked questions. The hotel room was ready before 3pm and we were allowed into the room. I think we were in the room by 1pm. The rooms are very stylish and clean with plenty of room. We had a delicious breakfast every day which is delivered to your room. We took a day trip around the Golden circle and snowmobiling. It was absolutely fantastic so I would recommend that. We drove ourselves to the BlueLagoon and to a couple of waterfalls in the south. I would highly recommend hiring a car as it is the cost of one transfer for a family of four. The roads are easy to use and very quiet. "

"A beautiful, clean hotel. Excellent staff (front desk, wait staff and bar staff at Brass bar and kitchen.) Great area to walk around, lots of shopping and dining options. Very highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!"

"AMAZING place! 3 Things to know: 1. Park by the Whale Watch Parking, it's free and recommended. 2. The lobby faces the marina, not the street. 3. This is Iceland, so the room is going to be 80°F when you check in. Open the window and turn your radiator down to 0 or 1 out of 5. Room and balcony views are stellar. The marina is quieter than the rest of the capital at night. The restaurant on the first floor - Slippbarinn - has quickly prepared gourmet meals with excellent cocktails featuring local spirits. In the winter, the location is perfect for northern lights. Even in the late spring, I was able to see a weak lime green aurora over the hotel. I'll never forget this place. "
