All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Clean and excellent spa facility. The construction outside wasn’t ideal but not controllable by the hotel.

Great hotel at the quieter end of Laugavegur. Very walkable, great spa area with sauna and 2 hot tubs, big comfortable room that was pretty quiet on the weekend, there was construction by the property that started very early in Monday morning.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were greeted by friendly people, and they held our bags until check-in. They also gave us desserts in our room, and a coupon to use the spa, which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
