"I took the bus and it took me right to the hostel and driver got my luggage out. The rooms are not at the "road level" so you have to take your luggage on the next floor and there is no elevator. The front desk staff can help with the luggage. The 2 somewhat smaller fridges ( compared to the big fridge sizes in USA) in the kitchen were overflowing and not really clean from inside. "The owner was very nice, he showed me around the house on check-in. The house is a lovely renovated farmhouse that really gave the “get away cottage” vibes. Be ready to drive ~30 minutes on a dirt road to get there, but don’t be afraid, my 2 wheel drive compact car did it just fine, the road is in good condition. There’s a nice little trail going to the sea very nearby."

"The outside of the building looks terrible. Abandonbed. I thought my husband was joking when he said that was it. But the inside was completely redone and surprisingly modern and clean. Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "

"This hostel lured us in with a cheap price and then tried to charge us for basic amenties. 2000 kr for a pillow and sheets? You gotta be kidding me. I ended up using the bed skirt as a sheet because I refused to pay. Everything else about the place was decent and it was clean although I didn't see another guest the whole time which was a bit off-putting. Pool looked nice if you want to pay for the showers."

"Stayed in small camping pod and loved it. Loved the atmosphere there. Overall, much greater than I expected, and I already was excited for the stay. the restaurant overlooking the waterfalls and river, the troll garden stroll, the hot tubs. All superb. It is in a remote area and provided us an excellent view of the northern lights, which we watched from the hot tub. Ideal experience, I recommend giving it a shot. "

"This stay was very unique and enjoyable. The bus was actually spacious for two people, and there was enough room for 4 to sleep. The kitchenette was sufficient. "Stayed for one night with my husband. Plenty of parking. The one member of staff (30. Oct 2024) who checked us in, cooked our dinner, and cleaned up was awesome. We found it a little inconvenient to exit the reception area to re-enter the area with the rooms, especially as it was drizzling.
